Ryan Cunningham is the CEO of American Mineral Resources and founder of Cunningham Mining Ltd. He is also the founder of Cunningham Energy, an independent oil and gas producer established in 2008. Ryan brings over two decades of experience across energy development, resource operations, and capital markets.

Frank Kristan is the President of American Lithium Minerals and a financial executive with over 30 years of experience in investment, corporate advisory, and capital markets. He previously served as President and CEO of Patriot Advisors, managing investment funds with over $50M in assets and achieving an IRR exceeding 25% from 1994–2004. He holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Western Australia.
